The assembled staff members were greeted by László Böcskei, Diocesan Bishop, who pointed out the importance of paying attention to the mental health of employees, as Caritas employees work in jobs where there is a high risk of burnout, as they help the sick, the elderly and the needy every day, even on weekends, holidays and during the pandemic, regardless of how much stress it entails.
