Infrared thermometers received from the local administration
Caritas Catolica has recently received 3 infrared thermometers from the local administration of Oradea. The new equipment can measure temperatures precisely from a safe distance without contact, which is very important for the security of our employees, beneficiaries and volunteers.
The donation is of great value, and it will be very useful because our colleagues give daily help to 270 homecare patients, 132 elderly home residents, over 300 social kitchen beneficiaries, but also to the volunteers who shop and acquire medicine for old people on daily basis during the virus crisis. With these thermometers we can rapidly and efficiently control those who work in “the front lines” and might come in contact with infected people. We would like to express our gratitude to the City Hall of Oradea.
