Helping center for breast cancer patients

Caritas Catolica offers a helping hand to cancer patients so they can pull through the difficult periods more easily. We provide for them in real time external breast prosthesis, orthopedic bras and wigs. Our goal is to improve the life quality of the women who are fighting against cancer.

We also provide free consultations regarding lymphedema prevention, and guidance in choosing the right prosthesis.

The materials which are the basys of this service - like wigs, prosthesis and bras - are provided by our dutch partners from Stichting Steungroep Nederland Roemenië (initiators of this project) and Stichting Oost-Europa Boskoop.
